From September 22 to 25, we will be exhibiting at WindEnergy in Hamburg. We will be showcasing robust encoders and rotor hub sensors with CANopen Safety, PROFIsafe, and FailSafe over EtherCAT (FSoE), which have been specifically developed for demanding applications in wind turbines. SAFETY ENCODER WITH BACKLASH-COMPENSATING GEAR This series provides reliable and precise position and speed measurements during rotational movements in industrial applications. These encoders utilize a backlash-free gear mechanism to ensure high accuracy and robustness, even in harsh environments.

KOMPAKT UND UNIVERSELL TMN/TBN KIT ENCODER FÜR WENIG PLATZ Die lagerlosen Kit Encoder TMN/S4 (Multiturn) und TBN/S4 (Singleturn) von TWK bieten präzise Positions- und Drehzahlerfassung in kompakter Bauform. Mit CANopen Safety-Schnittstelle erfüllen sie SIL2 / PLd Anforderungen der funktionalen Sicherheit. Mit einem zusätzlichen Multiturn-Zähler für 18 Bit ermöglicht der TMN/S4, wie der TBN/S4, eine Positionserfassung mit 16 Bit/360° Auflösung. Als Platine oder im Gehäuse aus Kunststoff, Aluminium oder Edelstahl ist er gedacht für sicherheitskritische Anwendungen in Robotik, Antriebstechnik und Maschinenbau.

VIBRATION SENSOR NVA/S3 PLd The NVA vibration sensor combines precise MEMS measurement technology and integrated safety contacts. It features robust construction, flexible interfaces, and reliable shutdown.

ROTOR HUB SENSOR NBX-D/S3 SIL2/PLd The NBT-D and NBN66-D rotor hub sensors use MEMS technology to measure the rotational speed of rotors. These sensors provide precise, interference-free signals and enable simple, easy integration.

SAFETY ENCODER TRT42/S3 SIL2/PLd Accurately measures the angular position of shafts (up to 4,096 revolutions). Magnetic sensing provides absolute values via PROFINET/PROFIsafe, along with configuration and diagnostic options.
