From March 24 to 26, we will be exhibiting at LogiMAT in Stuttgart. We will be showcasing our robust rotary encoders and inclination sensors, which have been specially developed for mobile and automated intralogistics systems and meet the highest functional safety requirements. These sensors feature CANopen Safety, PROFIsafe, and FailSafe over EtherCAT (FSoE).

From March 24 to 26, we will be exhibiting at LogiMAT in Stuttgart. OUR HIGHLIGHTS

PRECISION MEETS SAFETY LBX RING ENCODERS FOR THE HIGHEST DEMAND These ring encoders provide high-precision angle and speed measurements and certified functional safety up to SIL2/PLd. Their two integrated interfaces allow for both fast and safe data transmission, enabling the simultaneous operation of motor feedback systems and safety controllers. Thanks to their compact design, non-contact inductive technology, and wide range of interfaces, they are ideal for demanding industrial applications requiring reliability, dynamics, and space-saving integration.

COMPACT AND UNIVERSAL TMN/TBN KIT ENCODERS FOR SMALL SPACES Our bearingless TMN/S4 (multiturn) and TBN/S4 (singleturn) kit encoders offer precise position and speed detection in a compact design. With a CANopen safety interface, they meet SIL2/PLd functional safety requirements. The TMN/S4 and TBN/S4 have an additional multiturn counter for 18 bits, enabling position detection with 16-bit/360° resolution. Designed for safety-critical applications in robotics, drive technology, and mechanical engineering, they can be used as a circuit board or in a housing made of plastic, aluminum, or stainless steel.

NEIGUNGSSENSOR NBN-G/S3 SIL2/PLd Der dynamische Neigungssensor NBN-G erfasst präzise Neigungswinkel über MEMS-Technologie mit integrierter Störunterdrückung via Gyroskop und anpassbaren Filtern – ideal für den Einsatz in rauer Umgebung.

SEILZUGSENSOR SWEKN/S4 SIL2 Der Seilzugsensor SWEKN misst Wege kompakt und preisgünstig. Über ein Getriebe ist ein Singleturn-Drehgeber mit CANopen Safety-Schnittstelle schon integriert – robust und für variable Messhübe bis 8 Meter geeignet.

HOHLWELLEN-DREHGEBER ABX/R2 Der optische Hohlwellengeber ABX mit BiSS-C und SSI Schnittstelle bietet hochpräzise Positionsrückmeldung mit minimaler Latenz (<1 µs) und hoher Störfestigkeit – ideal für Automatisierung, Medizintechnik und Robotik.

CANOPEN SAFETY DREHGEBER TXN/S4 Eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen Kunden- und Sensorwelle sorgt dafür, dass der Magnet die Rotation präzise überträgt. Positions- und Geschwindigkeitswerte werden über das CANopen-Protokoll als PDO (Process Data Object) ausgegeben.

INCLINATION SENSOR NBN-G/S3 SIL2/PLd The NBN-G dynamic tilt sensor uses MEMS technology with integrated interference suppression via gyroscope and customizable filters to detect precise tilt angles. It is ideal for use in harsh environments.

ABSOLUTE ROTARY ENCODER TRX42/S3 SIL2/PLd It provides absolute measurement, single/multiturn up to 4,096 revolutions, and real-time position and speed via PROFINET/EtherCAT. It is easy to parameterize and diagnose, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.

DRAW-WIRE SENSOR SWEKN/S4 SIL2 The SWEKN draw-wire sensor compactly and cost-effectively measures distances. It has a built-in single-turn encoder with a CANopen safety interface via a gearbox, making it robust and suitable for variable measuring strokes of up to eight meters.

INCREMENTAL ENCODERS SOI/S3 SIL3/PLe SOI encoders offer maximum precision and durability for high-quality motor feedback systems. They convert rotary movements into reliable digital pulses. Reliable and perfectly suited for harsh environments.
