OUR HIGHLIGHTS

PRECISION MEETS SAFETY LBX RING ENCODERS FOR THE HIGHEST DEMAND These ring encoders are divided into a rotor and a stator and operate on an inductive principle. They offer certified functional safety up to SIL2/PLd. With a resolution of 20 bits, they provide precise measurements of position and speed in a robust housing or as a PCB solution. With an inner diameter of up to 200 mm, they can accommodate drive shafts, cables or slip rings. Up to four integrated interfaces enable both fast and secure data transmission and can simultaneously serve motor feedback systems and safety controllers. They are ideal for space-saving integration into demanding industrial applications.

ONE SYSTEM. ALL INTERFACES HBX ROTARY ENCODER FOR FLEXIBLE INTEGRATION The H-Series consists of two-piece, non-contact rotary encoders with an active stator and a passive rotor. Thanks to their magnetic ring design, they are ideally suited for use as hollow-shaft encoders, with compact 38 mm diameter versions available, or as larger rings. They offer precise angle measurement with resolutions of up to 21 bits, and depending on the model, they can provide simultaneous data output via CANopen Safety, SSI, BiSS, incremental and commutative signals. Their versatile designs are housed in robust aluminium or stainless steel enclosures, enabling flexible use in applications where reliability, dynamic performance and space-saving integration are required.

DREHGEBER TRX42/S3 SIL2/PLd Erfasst magnetisch die absolute Winkelposition und Drehzahl einer Welle (Singleturn/Multiturn bis 4096 Umdr.). Ausgabe via EtherCAT / FSoE oder PROFINET/PROFIsafe. Parametrierung und Diagnose möglich.

KIT ENCODER TXN/S4 SIL2/PLd Kompakte, lagerlose Kit Encoder für präzise Positions- und Drehzahlerfassung. CANopen Safety, SIL2/PLd, 16 Bit/360°, Multiturn bis 18 Bit. Ideal für sicherheitskritische Anwendungen in Robotik und Maschinenbau.

SEILZUGSENSOR SWEKN/S4 SIL2 Der Seilzugsensor SWEKN misst Wege kompakt und preisgünstig, da ein SIL2-Drehgeber mit CANopen Safety-Schnittstelle schon integriert ist – robust und für Messhübe bis 8 Meter geeignet. Auflösungen bis 16 Bit.

INCLINATION SENSOR NIT90/S3 PLd SIL2 The newly developed NIT dynamic tilt sensor provides stable tilt angle readings via the PROFIsafe interface, even during prolonged disruptive accelerations. It is the first on the market to be certified to SIL2 and PLd.

ROTARY ENCODER TRX42/S3 SIL2/PLd Magnetically detects the absolute angular position and speed of a shaft (single- or multi-turn, up to 4,096 revolutions). It outputs via EtherCAT/FSoE, PROFINET/ PROFIsafe, or CANopen Safety. Supports parameterization and diagnostics.

DRAW-WIRE SENSOR SWEKN/S4 SIL2 The SWEKN cable-pull sensor is a compact, cost-effective solution for position measurement. It features an integrated SIL2 encoder with a CANopen Safety interface and is robust and suitable for measurement strokes up to eight meters. Resolutions up to 16 bits.
